Time Off
Employees start with 11 vacation days and 12 holidays per year. As your tenure with Sequenom increases, so does your vacation. Sequenom also provides paid sick leave.
Stock Options
Every full time employee receives stock options, usually upon hire and as part of a successful annual review. This means you can share directly in the company's financial successes. In addition, employees are eligible to participate in our employee stock purchase plan (ESPP).
Retirement
Employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan effective their first day of employment.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
